How quickly will my UK order arrive?

We send UK orders on Royal Mail 24. Place your order before noon, Monday through Saturday, and it leaves the same day, typically arriving within 24 hours. Tracking details are sent to you the moment your parcel is dispatched.

Can you send orders outside the UK?

Yes. We deliver to the EU and to a range of other international destinations. Timeframes and postage differ depending on where the order is going, and every international shipment must comply with the customs rules of its destination.

What comes with my order?

You'll receive the peptide vials exactly as set out on the product page. Extras such as lab consumables, reconstitution kits, or equipment are not part of the order unless the listing says otherwise.

I entered the wrong delivery address — what now?

A reshipment is only possible once the original parcel comes back to us. Until then, your best option is to contact the local post office to ask about redirection, or arrange mail forwarding at the address it was sent to.
