Dispatch Times

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 24. Orders placed before midday are posted the same day — and we post on Saturdays too.

UK Delivery

Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver within 24 hours of dispatch. You will receive tracking information once your order has been collected by our courier.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive shipments are sent using insulated packaging with appropriate cooling materials where required, to ensure product integrity upon arrival.

International Orders

We ship to the EU and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location. All international orders are subject to local customs regulations — import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays & Risk

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
