Refund & Returns Policy

Because our products are sensitive laboratory materials:

We do NOT accept returns on opened or used products.

Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

• The item arrived damaged
• An incorrect item was supplied
• The product was lost in transit

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at help@retaresearch.co with:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the packaging and product

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Shipping Policy

UK orders placed before midday (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day on Royal Mail 24, with Saturday posting included. Delivery is typically within 24 hours of dispatch, and shipping is free on UK orders over £25.

Temperature-sensitive shipments are sent using insulated packaging where required.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
